Scope of work:
Design, supply, installation and commissioning of the complete electromechanical and Extra Low Voltage System works for the prestigious 28 Duplex Villas of H.E. Sheikh Moh’d Bin Butti Al Hamid including Ground Floor Showroom, Basement car parking and Mezzanine Floor Offices. This included the Electrical Power Distribution, Lighting and Small Power, HVAC, Plumbing,
CCTV, Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting, telecommunication and Intercom System. This is equivalent to one of the largest towers built in Abu Dhabi.

Project 2

ADMA-OPCO / ADGAS HEAD QUARTERS BUILDING – HVAC duct work erection and insulation.

Scope of work :
Redesign, fabrication, erection, pressure testing, insulation, and vapor sealing of the ducting system including primary and secondary ductwork and VAV system in the 22-storey building of ADMA/ ADGAS Headquarters. The works were executed in good quality and in record time. A letter of appreciation was given to CCTC from ADNOC Projects Directorate in appreciation of CCTC’s performance.
