Detailed engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning
of the architectural, HVAC, plumbing, fire and gas and fire fighting,

instrumentation, galley equipment, laundry equipment and furniture
related to the New Living Quarters. The scope also includes demolition
of the existing installation, asbestos
abatement, and re-use of the equipment materials that are in good
condition.

The scope includes the structural analysis of the existing, and
detailed design, procurement, fabrication, construction, testing
and commissioning of the additional accommodations and gymnasium
on the ACPT1 and ACPT2 platforms. The works include the complete
structural, architectural, HVAC, E & I, mechanical and piping
works.

Scope of work :
The scope of work is the FEED of the new 80 men LQ Module to be
installed on existing legs in Zakum Central Super Complex. The scope
covers the architectural, electrical, control and instrumentation,
fire and gas detection systems, fire fighting/ hose reel system,
safety equipment, HVAC, plumbing/ piping, telecom, data, public
address, SMATV, galley/ laundry equipment, and furniture. The scope
included site surveys of similar existing installations, preparation
and
obtaining approval of the module main features and form of construction,
basic and detailed design including: basis of design, systems specifications,
equipment and material specifications, systems philosophy, layouts
and elevations, schematics, single line diagrams, PID’s, block
diagrams, schedules, sizing calculations, installation standards/
details, weight control reports, vendor list, scope of work for
ITT, and budget costing.
