Floor Chassis: is fabricate from steel I.B eamsspreaded bothways and welded togetherlegs of same i.b 30 cms long are provideo. i.bi2*6 cms are used for united longer than 6 meters. while i.b 10*5 cms are used for units shorter than 6 meters.

Floor: Made of ply wood sheets 18mm thick fixed by screws over floor runners steel hollow tubes size 50*50mm spaced @40 cms C.C. and welded on Floor Chassis Floor is covered by either moquett carpet or Vinyl roll sheets.

Walls: External walls are made of steel frames Fabricated by steel hollow tubes 40*40 mm running vertically and horizontally . Wall is covered from outside by 0.5mm thick prepainted low corrugated steel sheets fixed to frame with self tapping screws.

Roof: Made of prepainted corrugated steel sheets 0.5mm thick fixed by self taping screws to roof purlins made of steel hollowtumes 40*40mm placed at 100 cms C.C. and welded to carrying trussed of steel angels 40*40mm welded at 240cms C.C. to top of wall frames.

False Cieling: White plain decorative plywood boards 3.5mm thick are fixed by special nails to wooden frame made of 50*50 mm wood members laid both ways under roof trusses and fixed to them.

Electrical: All wiring internal with P.V.C. conduits lighting and main pannel board with breakers is provideo.

Sanitary: All sanitary fittings are provided and installed with necessary pipings galvanised G.!.

Finishing: External spray paint is applied to all exposedsteel members.
